Lisa is Doctorate in Cognitive Ergonomics and founder of Coganalyse.
She has built a method for measuring temporal and cognitive constraints based on the observation of operator behavior and has piloted continuous improvement projects that have led to a drastic reduction in omissions, non-conformities and circumvention of the rule.
Recognized expert in human and organizational factors, she created Coganalyse to support companies in their digital transition by maintaining the performance and safety of operators.
Christian Red
Christian is an expert in organizational and human factors in complex situations. In particular, it conducts analyzes of events classified on the INES scale.
Certified European Ergonomist by CREE, he notably worked with the Nuclear Safety Authority on organizational changes, deviations from the rule and management training.
